2025-26 Athletic Registration is open!

It’s that time of year again! We are excited to have your student interested in participating in PRA Athletics for the 2025-2026 school year. 

Parents/Guardians of  student-athletes intending to participate in athletics MUST complete their online registration, which includes submitting payment and uploading their students’ most recent physical to ensure eligibility for participation. We have simplified this process through Arbiter Sports online digital registration.

Each family will need to create a one time new account. Your Activity Registration Account has moved to Arbiter Registration! 

Please follow these steps:

1. Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family).

   • You may create your account by clicking here.

2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).

   • If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you may contact support at registration@arbitersports.com or call Arbiter at 800-311-4060.

3. Complete your athletic registration:

   • Select the Athletic Registration program from either the:

     1. High School Athletic Registration 2025-2026

     2. Middle School Athletic Registration 2025-2026

   • This will include adding your student to your new family account.

   • Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your registration.

   • Your registration will show as pending until an admin has reviewed your registration and either clears your student-athlete to participate or requests additional information.

4. Fall Sports Deadlines & Start Dates & Parent Meeting Dates

   • Registration Deadline for HS & MS Fall Sports is Friday, August 8th. *HS Football and HS Boys Golf Registration Deadline is on Friday, August 1st.

   • HS Football and HS Boys Golf - Season Begins - Monday, August 4th

   • HS & MS Fall Sports Season Begins - Monday, August 11th

   • HS Fall Sports Parent Meeting - Thursday, August 14th 5:30-6:30pm (HS Gym)

   • MS Fall Sports Parent Meeting - Monday, August 18th 5:30-6:30pm (HS Commons)

ATHLETIC PAYMENT 

Athletic fees must be paid at the time of registration

HS Athletic Fee - $250 (HS Golf - $325)
MS Athletic Fee - $125

Physical Examination - *New this year - CHSAA is moving to a universal Sports Physical /Preparticipation Physical Examination. Moving forward this will be the required form for sports physical clearance. 

• All athletic registrations require a current physical to be uploaded in order to complete registration. It is the parent's responsibility to upload physicals. Physicals previously on file will not be uploaded. If parents need a physical scan to them, that may delay registration by two days. 
• Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. 
• Physicals are valid for 1 year from the date of the last exam.
• If you do not upload a physical, you will not be able to complete registration or continue.
